Heera Travel arranges meet-and-assist services for international arrivals and departures at Hanoi Noi Bai (HAN) and Ho Chi Minh City Tan Son Nhat (SGN). Choose your airport and direction above to see the available packages and current prices.
Standard — Most booked
Airport staff support and access to the Fast Track immigration lane. A practical choice when your main priority is assistance through immigration.
Premium
Extra airport assistance according to the selected airport and direction. Arrival packages include immigration Fast Track, baggage/trolley assistance and escort to the arrival or pickup area. Departure benefits are shown on the package card for your airport.
VVIP
Priority immigration with staff support and additional assistance. For departures at both HAN and SGN, VVIP includes priority airline check-in, priority immigration and priority security, with luggage assistance. For arrivals, it includes priority immigration, baggage/trolley assistance and escort to the arrival pickup area.
Airline check-in assistance depends on the airline and counter availability. Airport pickup, private transfers and lounge access are separate services unless expressly included in your booking.
Adults, children and infants
Passengers aged 2 or over pay the standard passenger rate and are entered together in the Adults & children field. Infants under 2 are free and should be entered separately. Age is based on the service date. Your group size must include everyone using the service.
Passenger information
Enter the lead passenger name as shown on the passport, flight number and service date/time. For arrivals, use the scheduled landing time. For departures, use the meeting time confirmed by Heera rather than the take-off time.
The optional passenger details section lets you add each traveller’s name, passport number, passport expiry date, date of birth and passport country of issue. You can skip it and send the details later via email or WhatsApp. You do not need to send a visa copy or flight ticket for this booking.
Booking ahead and urgent requests
Booking at least 24 hours before your flight is recommended. For service within 24 hours, contact us on WhatsApp and confirm availability before paying. Departure customers should confirm the airport meeting time with our team before booking online.
Service conditions
Prices are quoted per passenger in USD.
A $6 per-passenger surcharge applies from 23:00 to 06:00. Arrival services use the scheduled landing time; departure services use the confirmed staff meeting time.
Immigration, security and airline check-in times depend on airport operations and passenger traffic. No exact processing time is guaranteed.
Priority airline check-in is subject to the airline and counter available for the passenger ticket.
Flight changes should be reported to Heera Travel as soon as possible.

Do I need a visa or eVisa to use Fast Track?
Fast Track is airport assistance, not a visa service. You must hold the entry or departure documents required for your journey. No visa copy or flight ticket needs to be submitted for this booking.
Can I send passport details after booking?
Yes. The form is optional. Send the details later by email or WhatsApp, and our team will coordinate with you before your service.
Are infants free?
Yes. Infants under 2 are free. Passengers aged 2 or over pay the same rate and are counted together with adults.
Will I still have to wait in a priority lane?
A priority lane reduces reliance on the regular immigration queue. Short waits can still occur depending on airport operations and passenger traffic; no fixed processing time is guaranteed.
What if my flight is delayed or changed?
Let Heera know through email or WhatsApp as soon as possible. We will coordinate with the airport team based on your updated flight information and service availability.
What if I cannot find the staff?
Contact our 24/7 WhatsApp support immediately so we can help you locate and connect with the airport staff.
Is an airport transfer included?
Airport pickup and private transfers can be arranged separately. Escort to the pickup area is not a vehicle transfer.
Are Da Nang and Phu Quoc available?
