Vietnam Airport Fast Track Service
Fast Track is a meet-and-assist service for international passengers who want a smoother arrival or departure at a Vietnam airport. Airport staff meet you at the confirmed point and guide you through the priority process included in your package. The service does not replace a valid visa, eVisa or any other entry requirement.
Tan Son Nhat Airport Fast Track (SGN)
For SGN arrivals, Standard focuses on immigration Fast Track. Premium also includes baggage/trolley assistance and escort outside the terminal. VVIP provides the highest-priority immigration assistance available for this flow, together with baggage and exit assistance. Priority Visa on Arrival assistance can be added for $6 per passenger; the government visa fee is not included.
Noi Bai Airport Fast Track (HAN)
For HAN arrivals, Premium and VVIP add baggage/trolley assistance and escort to the arrival or pickup area. For departures, available assistance can include luggage handling, airline check-in guidance and immigration priority according to the package selected.

Booking and meeting guidelines
- Fast Track can be requested at any time, subject to staff availability. Booking at least 24 hours before the flight is strongly recommended.
- For urgent requests within 24 hours, contact Heera Travel on WhatsApp before paying so availability can be checked.
- For arrivals, airport staff wait along the international arrival route holding a sign with the lead passenger name. The exact position varies by airport, terminal and operating arrangements.
- For departures, the confirmed meeting point and staff identification details are sent after the booking has been checked.
Information required
Please enter the lead passenger name exactly as shown on the passport, the full flight number, and the scheduled landing date and time for arrivals. For departures, use the meeting date and time confirmed by Heera Travel, rather than the flight take-off time. The passenger quantity must match the number of travellers using the service. Contact details are collected securely at checkout.
Cancellation and service conditions
- Cancellation at least 72 hours before the scheduled service: no cancellation charge.
- Cancellation from 24 hours to less than 72 hours before the scheduled service: 50% charge.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, or passenger no-show: 100% charge.
- Prices are quoted per passenger in USD.
- A $6 per-passenger surcharge applies from 23:00 to 06:00. Arrival services use the scheduled landing time; departure services use the confirmed staff meeting time.
- Immigration, security and airline check-in times depend on airport operations and passenger traffic. No exact processing time is guaranteed.
- Priority airline check-in is subject to the airline and counter available for the passenger ticket.
- Flight changes should be reported to Heera Travel as soon as possible.

No. Every passenger must still hold the travel documents required for entry or departure.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Send the updated flight information to Heera Travel as soon as possible. Service adjustment depends on airport operations and staff availability.
Where will I meet the airport staff?
The exact meeting point and identification instructions are sent after the booking is checked and confirmed.
Are Da Nang and Phu Quoc available?
They may be arranged on request. Online prices are currently shown only for confirmed SGN and HAN packages.
