Please read the following terms carefully before booking your trip with Heera Travel.
💳 Deposit & Payment Policy
A deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required upon booking confirmation. Full prepayment must be made at least 45 days before departure by bank transfer or credit card. All banking fees must be paid by the client.

Once payment is received, we will issue hotel vouchers and/or final confirmation by email or fax.
👶 Children Policy
- Maximum 1 child can share the parent’s existing bedding.
- Children under 4 years old (no bed): Free of charge for tour. Flight tickets charged 100%.
- Children 5–8 years old: 80% of adult tour price. Flight tickets charged 100%.
- Children from 9 years: Charged as adults.
✏️ Booking Amendment
You can amend your booking by contacting info@heeratravel.com with your booking number. Any extra charges will be communicated prior to confirmation of changes.
❌ Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of US$100 per person applies upon confirmation.
- 45+ days before departure: Full refund (except deposit)
- 30–45 days: 50% charge
- 15–30 days: 75% charge
- < 15 days: Fully charged
*Flight/train tickets are non-refundable. For emergencies, please contact us for support.
🔁 Refund of Unused Services
No refunds will be issued for unused services after the trip begins.
⚠️ Liability
Heera Travel Co., Ltd is not liable for loss, injury, or damage. Extra costs due to delay, natural disaster, or political unrest must be borne by the traveler. Itineraries may be adjusted depending on airline schedules and local conditions. Participation implies agreement to these terms.
🛂 Passport & Entry Visa
Your passport must be valid at least 6 months beyond your entry date. It is the traveler’s responsibility to secure valid travel documents and visas.
🧾 Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, baggage loss, accidents, and medical emergencies. A signed waiver is required if declined.
