Airport pickup and drop-off

Connectivity assistance (eSIM support where applicable)

Heera Travel acts as a booking agent and service coordinator for selected third-party suppliers.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after payment (full or partial, as required) is received.
Confirmation details will be sent via email, WhatsApp, or other agreed communication channels.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all booking details upon confirmation.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change due to availability, seasonality, or supplier adjustments.
Payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
Any additional charges will be informed clearly before confirmation.

4. Changes & Amendments

All change requests must be submitted in writing.
Changes are subject to availability and supplier conditions.
Additional fees may apply depending on the service and timing.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on service type and supplier.

Certain services such as Fast Track, visa processing, promotional hotel rates, and special tours may be non-refundable.
Service and processing fees are generally non-refundable.
Specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Visa & Immigration Services

Heera Travel provides coordination and support only for visa-related services.
Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the Vietnam Immigration Authority.
Visa fees are non-refundable once processing has started.
Heera Travel is not responsible for visa rejection or delays.

7. Airport Fast Track & Airport Services

Airport services are time-sensitive and depend on accurate flight information.
Customers must provide correct flight details.
No refunds apply for missed services due to customer-related issues.

8. Tours, Transportation & Activities

Itineraries may change due to weather, traffic, safety, or operational conditions.
Heera Travel prioritizes safety and service continuity.
We are not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure events.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate personal and travel information.
Ensure possession of valid passport, visa, and travel documents.
Comply with local laws and regulations.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

10. Limitation of Liability

Heera Travel acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers. We are not responsible for loss, damage, delays, or injuries caused by third-party suppliers or circumstances beyond our control.

Our liability, if applicable, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service booked.

11. Force Majeure

Heera Travel shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Customer information is collected solely for booking and service purposes. We do not sell or misuse personal data. Information is shared only when necessary to deliver services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved under Vietnamese jurisdiction.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using any service provided by Heera Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
